What will you do to stop this from happening again: I can't really find a way to stop this from happening. The only thing I can do is to think first before doing something to not break the rules and get pulled into a sit.
Why should you be unbanned: After I recontained SCP-096, I closed my game and then got pulled into a sit, and it took a while for me to disappear, so it looked like I quit the game while being in the sit. It was a bad coincidence, and I would not quit the game, or if I crashed, I would write to the moderator, let's say on Discord, that I crashed, and I would come back. I play on the server for long enough that I know that when I quit the game in a sit, I get banned, but this was a terrible coincidence.
