Are you appealing a Staff resignation, demotion or blacklist: Resignation

Date of resignation: Somewhere around August 2024 [I think]

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 1 Warning for RDM on the 9th of Oct. 2023. For killing a D-Class without all 3 Warnings (when the rule was still in place)

Why did you resign: Was about to start medical university and wanted to do some stuff with family befor that and allready took LOA's close befor that so, I had to resign via Resignation Through LOA.

Why should you return: I finally have more time to dedicate to the Server and still want to help people make the xperience for this Server better. I see the joy that other Gms are bringing the Players and would like to again be a part of this. I also now have better Ideas that could help especially the more "neglected" Departments enjoy their Role far more than now (Especially Medical, as I now have quite a lot of Medical Knowledge including Details I would rather not know). Also the need for Rp Enhancements is still strong and sometimes not enough GMs are available for everyones needs, especially if Events are ongoing.
I think its benefitial to have as many GMs as possible to make the experience as enjoyable for everyone, as it can be.

I have absolutely no idea who you are and never interacted with you before.
I read your previous TGM appeal, and the comment from @Julien White gave me some context, and also affects what I will say at the end.

I also read your old GM application, and while some of the ideas are interesting and could yield some value when it comes to improving RP, there are some issues I’d like to at least point out.

• While reading the application, I noticed a number of grammatical mistakes & errors. This doesn’t mean much, and a lot of people value this much less than I do.
• The map change event listed wasn’t what was asked, and should’ve been made with a different map in mind. It even specified that it would be an event performed on the GMPlane, and not a different map.
• Although some of the event ideas are interesting, most, if not all of them don’t contribute to any sort of long term RP storyline. This is a crucial thing to understand as a GM, as it encourages players to get invested into events involved in storylines.

Personally, because so much time has passed and maybe you’ve improved over the last year regarding creativity, I feel like you should write a new GM application.
Now I of course cannot determine the verdict of your appeal, and maybe community sentiment for you is still quite positive, so there is still a chance this might be approved.
But I say again, I personally feel like the best option here for you is to make a new GM application and not rely on old events to determine the outcome of your application.

I was thinking about doing a new Application, talked with someone and they said to try it first via an Appeal.
I am starting to work on a new application cause I also kinda feel it would end better, but im gonna keep this up in case I get more, constructive criticism and Points to improve. Thx for the infos!!
