Date of resignation: Not fully sure! It was at the beginning of my job ~June
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 1x FailRP Warning for going as a guard onto surface and running over a CI in a humvee a few years back.

Why did you resign: I resigned due to a high workload and, as a content lead, I felt like I should rather open up the slot to someone more active. I was given the opportunity to step down instead but I felt like it was more of a chore than usual, and I don't feel right helping in a lesser capacity. It's a little paradoxical, but I resigned because I didn't like helping less.
Why should you return: I feel like in my final 2 months of work, I will be able to play the server a good amount, and help in a greater capacity again. I'm appealing to Senior Admin as I believe that, even if I receive admin or headmod again, I can work my way up and become a go-to staff member again for quite a few things. I've learned to balance my work and fun a bit better, and I am fully aware there are some days where I will not be on at a decent UK time, but at these times I usually hop on US.
I have spoken about my job a lot to friends, and while I feel this may hinder my chances at this resignation appeal being accepted, I feel as things die down (I work in tourism) I will get better and better at attending meetings and other duties.
