I have made updates to the pre-existing pac right before it was approved so I am making a new request for it, I have added a hat and a little clothing pin, as well as made the red and blue togglable. The red is for whenever I sense the pestilence/am breached, and the blue is for when I am passive.

Good work with the toggle, seems both conductive to roleplay and visually interesting.
The fedora might need a little bit of centering if the second image is any indication but it'd be nothing to deny this over.
