What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Revert CI TB to 150hp, no destabilize.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Reverts an unneeded change.
- Puts CI into a slightly more balanced position.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- US CI might struggle
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
To start with, I struggle to see the motivation to buff TB. Why does the class need to be this powerful? It is by far the most complained about aspect of CI, yet it has been buffed to be oppressive yet again.
I considered making this a complaint, but I think some discourse and conversation would be very helpful as there is an obvious disconnect between the community and SL (but probably just NL).
I heavily suspect this change was made without content team having a chance to discuss it. Making changes like this, without bringing content team into the loop is just a bad idea. If this is truly the case, the change should be reverted immediately. One person making a decision always leads to half-baked, harmful consequences.
This buff may have been done to help US CI, however their issues are far beyond what any job buff could help with. Frankly, their command team are awful and need to be replaced. Look no further than UK CI who are working with exactly the same tools, and do not need "IC treaties" like no vent camping and work fine. The issue lies with their command team, plain and simple.
This change does nothing but increase player frustration and reduce agency. Expect a return to CI ruling the site, where they can go where they please with no possible counter.
@Auburn If I am correct that you made this change on your own, I would love to have a conversation in DMs, or in this thread.
