Denied Restart SCP rp every 2 times a day

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Restart SCP rp 2 times a day so a restart would happen every 12 hours.​

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2): ​

1. It would make the server less lag
2. It would make the community happy with having no lag
3. People wont complian about the lag
4. Its just a good Idea overall

Possible Negatives of the suggestion: Some people might get mad about it.​

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: About a week ago or so the server was lagging so badly, and they decided to restart it. It made the server much more enjoyable and playable.. Now this issue has been happining alot recently. So I recomend restarting the server 2 times a day​

This already kinda happens, one restart is at 2 AM, and the second is at 9 AM

Hello, I will deny this since this is something that we cannot deal with. If the Executive Team or NL feel like the servers need more restarts, then they will add it, otherwise it will stay like it is.
