What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Remove Gensec Officer's panic buttons.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not sure, I would assume no.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
Stops Gensec Officers from spamming their panic buttons for no reason.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
If an Officer is being kidnapped / killed, they wont have a panic button to hit.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because Gensec Officers's clearance went from being a CL3 to a CL2 and no CL2 job has a panic button apart from GSD Officer. I feel like this will make it fair and can also stop annoyance when they spam their panic button without a reason.

I don't know if this is still the case, but on UK, Officers can be a security escort to most CL3 tests, which usually end up being HCZ tests of some form. Granted, the Researcher (or in some cases, addition E-11 escort) in that circumstance can also panic button, but having the Officer be able to panic button is useful for F, admittedly a bit advantageous over SCPs & CI, but panic buttons yield very little information other than that there's something happening. I admit this dynamic is a little weird? But in the long run, I think them retaining this could be made useful for new players joining the server and learning how it works -

Bear with me, here. Rather than stripping them of their panic button, educate them on their proper use. Panic buttons have this strange place in the ecosystem where they're kind of this weird combative thing? Obviously, high clearance non-combatives need them to alert to potential kidnappings, breaches and such; But generally 99% of the time when a panic button is pressed, it's going to lead directly into a combative situation, and I would wager that the majority of panic button uses are from combatives. So I think keeping it as a learning tool from the point of Officer onwards may end up being more beneficial; Especially for Nu-7/E-11 who typically recruit from around the CL2/CL3 boundary.

...Just to sanity check here, is this a US thing or was UK Officer also reduced to CL2?
