Content Suggestion Remove C-Missions inside Parawatch HQ

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It removes the spawn locations of c-missions like hacking terminal or intelligence capture inside the parawatch HQ.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No one did.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+Parawatch will gain the ability to lock their doors.
+RP will no longer be disrupted by C-missions as their RP are ooc and self-contained.


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-There will no longer be any C-Missions inside the parawatch HQ. meaning there will be less mission location variety.
-Super/Senior admins will have to commit into looking on how to actually remove the location, as it may be hard coded.


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think this should be accepted as parawatch HQ is their home, they should have the ability to lock their own doors, but currently that's not possible due to the c-missions that spawn inside. Parawatch also lost its ability to lock the inner door (the cage) due to it. This is just a quality of life change for the betterment of parawatch.

I think it's weird that a massive paramilitary terminal can just fuckin materialize in in a parawatch's home while you are writing a document, but I think as far as removing/moving it, it's just unnecessary. If anything it gives parawatch more to be curious about and makes the terminal missions more even for all parties (foundation has lakehouse, CI hillhouse, GOC pinewood).

the reason why a massive paramilitary terminal can just shown up out of nowhere because its tied to a cmission. and to answer your question, Snake has clarified on what cmissions are.

I recall for fact that Rushi has stated in the past, that CMissions are IC. I don't remember where, I think it was in-game, and I remember it was in response to me saying they were OOC, but I definitely know that they're IC.

The primary reason being that, if GOC get an infil on Foundation and do it, that should then have long-term RP consequences. Otherwise, it's kinda stupid if they don't. Feel free to get further clarification on this but I'm fairly confident you will be told something along these lines.

However IMO, the IC/OOC status of CMissions is irrelevant to whether or not the terminal should be moved. I don't think it should be able to spawn directly inside Parawatch HQ, that seems silly.
