Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector? I am applying for the position of Internal Security inspector to further my career within the Internal Security Department. I want a way better RP experience, and I feel like becoming an Internal Security Investigator will give me way more roleplay opportunities. I want to continue upholding the FLC/COE/COC to a T. Another big reason I would love to become an inspector is that I would be able to learn way more about the facility, which can help me address information breaches more effectively and understand the facility I work for a little better.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
I have been a part of ISD for a very, very long time, Longer than some Ex-Department Directors, so I know my way around this facility very well, and I know the FLC, COC, and the COE very well too. I feel like I am suitable for the rank of Internal Security Inspector, because I have a huge amount of experience when it comes to the Internal Security Department, dating all the way back to Internal Affairs. I know I have only been an investigator for a short amount of time, but I personally feel like I am suitable to be an Inspector. I can find a solution to almost any problem, and I am good at staying calm in any situation. As some people know, in the past past I was younger, and as a young person would be, I could not stay as calm as I can now. I have been working on my self-control for the past year, and I personally feel like I am at the point of my Internal Security Department Journey to where I am ready to take on the position of Internal Security Inspector. I personally think that I am very active when it comes to the Internal Security Department. I personally feel like I put a good amount of effort into the Internal Security Department, And obtaining the rank of Internal Security Inspector will only strengthen my will to put the most amount of effort into ISD.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
I personally think that an Ideal Inspector is somebody who's completely unbiased and fair when it comes to punishements, and when it comes to doing normal Inspector duties, Inspector's need to be the upmost profreshional. An ideal Inspector needs to have very good legal knowledge and overall knowledge of the FLC/COC/COE. Another trait of an ideal Inspector is making sure to give others fair and equitable punishments for every site member reguardless of who they are, and what they do for the facility.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I don't personally have any "Major" documents I've written. I have only ever written Arrest Reports. The most interesting Arrest Report was me taking in and arresting a CL4 GENSEC Captain due to him calling out LE disguises over comms and attempting to escape when in custody. We had an arbitrator deny him a tribunal, so he was arrested instead of going to a tribunal.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Some of the responsibilities of an Internal Security Inspector are mentoring newer ISD Agents/Operatives, showing them how the Internal Security Department works inside and out, and overall helping any ISD personnel out whenever somebody needs help. Another dutie of an Internal Security Inspector is monitoring other ISD Agents/Operatives/Investigators for unprofessionalism, Foundation Legal Codex violations, Code Of Ethics violations, And Code Of Conduct violations. Other responsibilities of an Inspector are taking leadership over all Internal Security personnel when no other leadership personnel are on/avaliable
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I personally think I would be a good leadership position holder, I have gained so much experience with the Internal Security Department over the past couple years of being here. I have spent more time being apart of ISD then any other job on site. I have known many leadership members of the Internal Security
Department, so I kow the how ISD works very well inside and out. I have been mentored by some of the best Internal Security members to ever be a part of ISD, dating all the way back to Internal Affairs. I've helped out many Agents/Operatives over the years, and I always help out when I can. Multiple times, I've had to take leadership over some Agent's/Operative's who needed help and a little mentoring about how the Internal Security Department works.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Before Recker joined the Internal Security Department, He spent several years working in the Foundation's Department of External Affairs. Got to know how things worked with outside groups, kept tabs on Groups of Interest, and helped out with operations that happened outside our facilities. While Recker was in the DEA, he always tried my best to follow Foundation policy and oversight rules as closely as he could, but he quickly realized that the real problems weren't always coming from outside threats. Recker started worrying more about what was happening inside Foundation facilities. From what he saw, some of the biggest risks to Foundation security came from employees ignoring the rules, using their authority to misuse their power over people with lower ranks or even worse, just not caring about ethics. After working in the DEA for a good amount of time, he decided to move to Site-65’s Internal Security Department. There, he saw people treat the Foundation Code of Ethics like it was just a suggestion. Recker saw site staff abusing their power over people with lower ranks, and found cases where reports were ignored because it would be too much paperwork, or maybe it would make a department look bad. A lot of his coworkers in External Affairs thought these problems weren’t their job to deal with, but Recker didn’t feel that way. He personally believed that he needed to hold himself to the highest standards. In the end, he realized that the Foundation didn’t need more people watching the outside of Site-65’s walls. What it really needed was more people watching the inside, making sure everyone followed the rules and helping keep Foundation policies strong.
