Permanent Weapon slot changes & possible loadout variations

What does this suggestion change/add/remove: Permanent V-weapons will occupy certain slots on a loadout when loading into that class or role. ( Such as Secondary, Primary, Rifle, Shotgun, Sniper, Heavy weapons, and Energy Weapons ) and or the option to choose from a list as to what basic weapons are to be equipped upon loading in ( Secondary, Primary )

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?: Not to my knowledge

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

- This would allow individuals with more than one V-weapon to load in with the weapon fully equipped, instead of going to their local arms dealer/armory NPC to re-equip the weapon. This would greatly benefit GSD, E-11, MTF, and other combat classes. The best example I have is ( as a SRU character in a standard D-Block loadout ), upon death, either your primary rifle will be replaced or the KSG will replace your shotgun. If players had the option to fully equip selected or owned V-Weapons to a class's loadout ( in the case of SRU, Patrol, or D-block ), it would decrease response times and allow for a rapid mobilization to situations. This idea is already bolstered by the radios equipped to the class already being tuned to the appropriate frequency.

- The other additive to this idea is that each class gets a select list of weapons that one can choose from upon spawning in ( Primary, Secondary & or Primary, Secondary, Shotgun, Heavy, Sniper, etc ). These lists would be appropriate to the class, with beginner classes ( Cadet, Recruit ) only getting a primary & secondary with limited options ( MP5, second rifle choice, P9, second pistol choice ) while higher roles get more choices ( Full MTF, E-11 - P90, 3 to 4 rifle choices, M9, 3 to 4 pistol choices, KSG, NOVA, Spass ( shotguns only if applicable ). This would allow for greater variation to base kits already in the game, and promote the usage of V-Weapons by offering these weapons out of the gate, prompting experimentation and perhaps future sales of that weapon.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

- It's a lot of coding. Any of these implementations would take quite a while to fully put onto the server, be it a plug-in or an add-on. Every weapon would have to be scrutinized and either added to a list or left out. V-Weapons would have to be implemented in a new way to override base game weapons in loadouts and or be able to fit in certain spots.

- This solution may be too complicated. An easy fix would be to just make it so that any V-Weapon takes up its appropriate slot in the hot bar, replacing the other weapon already there. This would be much easier than adding a list.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

- It would be a great QOL change, adding onto the already great changes seen with radios and soon to be added to tablets. It makes the roles more diverse and adds an element of RP to classes that rarely stand out. Everyone has their preferences. Why allow for the customization of every weapon if everyone is going to overlook certain guns?
 
You can already do this tho, i don't understand what does this even change?
you can already equip multiple perma guns
No idea what was lost in translation, but let me clarify. Yes, you can equip and hold multiple Perma weapons, but upon death, they are overriden by standard, equipped upon spawning in weapons. Meaning you have to go to the armory NPC to re-equip your perma weapons. My changes would allow Perma weapons to override these weapons, so you always keep them, and allow for all combat classes to choose from a pre-set list of default weapons that they may take and equip on their loadouts.
