TO THE O5 COUNCIL:
To keep things short and blunt, I am putting in a formal request for my re-assignment into the position of an Overseer assistant, rather than a member of ALPHA-1. My reasoning for this is also fairly simple, and one many of my colleagues may have noticed: I am always attempting to perform things that do not fit my duties, but fit more in the role of an assistant. Being a sociable face, interacting with different departments, having a curiosity of all goings on around the site. Many of these I cannot perform in my current position, and the quality of my work has suffered in the process. Through the spectation of the assistants I have escorted, this has further pushed me to come to this conclusion. I have figured that it would be more in the interests of my continued employment to pursue a more fitting role within Floor 3, and thus this has become so.
I do thank you for any considerations regarding this, I will be keenly awaiting your response.

(Chemist was born in York, where his father kept a bee farm. Bees have been a large part of his life even up to early adulthood, in which an anomaly that was loose in the area caused a tragic and gruesome death for his family and their farm. Shortly after this he joined the military as a field medic, trying his hardest to keep his friends and allies alive. A few years after this, he eventually transferred into foundation work, through the scouting of troops in his base. Through his at-the-time adeptness in combat he was able to transfer into ALPHA-1, wherein he would serve up to the point of this email.)

I have received a recent warn for FRP, a warn for RDM, a ban for LTARP, and a ban for Inappropriate Conduct. I have attached a screenshot below.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
As I stated in my previous application, I have some prior experience in an assistant role as an ECA, and I have developed my knowledge of the Overseer council even further through my time as A-1. It has given more insight in their duties, and I feel confident that I can display this better in this role, rather than in A-1. Outside of this, I generally hold myself quite well in RP, and I’m actively always seeking improvement, especially now due to recent hiccups I've had in my recent behaviour. Again, through the input of others, I always strive to make sure these things don't happen, and I'm always open to other people's input.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
As an OSA, they are responsible for passing judgement on experiments, projects, and other situations that unfold within Site-65, on behalf of the Overseer council, that are in their best interests. They are additionally their eyes and ears, keeping a lookout for any sort of personnel that could be a concern to the security of the Foundation, such as possible sabotage or treason. These personnel may be dealt with using A-1, if deemed necessary to maintain the veil, and the interests of the O5 council. This also can function the other way around, keeping an eye out for personnel that could be beneficial to the O5 Council, such as those who have displayed a clear loyalty to them, or possess exemplary skills.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Similarly stated to my previous application, my time on A-1 has strongly reinforced my interest in roleplay surrounding F3, and I want to possess a further input on that in a non-combative role. I feel like I will help create RP for different departments, through looking at their activites and trying to create different tasks for them, and giving them tasks on behalf of the O5. Similarly to my first OSA app, I do want to use it to further flesh out my A-1 character, and hopefully create some good RP for everyone involved.

(OOC TLDR: I realised that I don't do too well in combative roles, and I figured it made more sense to go for OSA rather than sticking to a combative role that dampens my ability to RP, often to the detriment of other people.)
