I really need help... I've tried re-connecting, restarting my game but nothing works and it keeps saying loading characters...

Regarding the loading characters bug, usually it'll take a few minutes to load in, otherwise restart your game. If you are still having difficulties please join the discord server and talk in the technical bugs channel.
