- when some one looks at his face he kill the person that saw

- Whilst breached, and out of aggro, may roam when left undisturbed for more than 60 seconds
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: the people that recontain him must get him to a low amount of health and then put a bag/bucket over his head
