Multiple Discord Tickets

Would it be possible for the Discord bot to be reconfigured so that we can have multiple tickets of the same type open at a time? I just got told off for going over multiple topics in a single support ticket, but I literally couldn't do anything else, because you can only have one ticket open of any type, and the staff involved weren't responding for days.
