What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[MC&D Role Expansion - Rather than be a passive surface civilian role, make them a covert and semi-operational mercenary group. Who's main goal is not to kidnap or kill - but rather perform tasks which are in direct benefit to MC&D as a whole. While under the disguise of other groups. This will up the ante and really push all of the groups to be doing their best to follow procedures. MC&D may attempt to steal information and sell it to direct competitors, would also try to gather anomaly samples to make useful chemicals, as well as pawn off keycards and weaponry - lost and found due to mass casualty such as breaches and raids. (Salesmen type shit)]
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Ability for MC&D to do proper infil, getting in and out without being detected. | Encourage active patrols and surveillance.]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[I would only think that maybe it happening too often would annoy some people, so maybe a 30 to 45 minute wait per infiltration might be a nice balance.]
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[It would greatly enhance roleplay activity around site and fulfill the purpose of MC&D as well as bringing in an opportunity for deals to be made behind closed doors. Weapon sales are cool and all, but bring on the solid snake type shit.]
