Dutch Wanderlute was a Local news reporter, always looking for the newest scoop on how to keep Pinewood Entertaining. He wrote articles from interviews by the local civilian populace to better pinewood with the assistance of the mayor. As the Mayor passed away, dutch saw his chance to finally make his own changes, to make this little sleepy Village into a place of Joy and Entertainment. His usual way of dealing with conflict is to attempt a peaceful solution, and if that didn'T work, to try again. If the second peaceful solution didn't work the local law enforcement will be used to defend Pinewood from dangers to it. He wishes to keep peaceful relations with the local Military Base to the south of Pinewood, as there have been incidents where civilians have attempted to breach it to reinact the Area 51 Raid a few years back.
