Why are you applying for Executive Researcher? I am applying for Executive Researcher as to further my standing within the Research Department. I have had a grasp of how the Executives run due to the department and I believe I am ready to be part of the Executive team. I want to be able to further myself into the department and be more involved within projects and different research groups that the Executive team runs.
-
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: What makes me suitable for Executive Researcher is my knowledge of the Research Department, close workings with the Executives, and ability to produce more projects and interact closely with all researchers alike. Currently I am Senior Biohazard Specialist within the Department of Epidemiology, run by Executive Leo Macarther and am still actively helping build up the department and advertise it. Along with this, I have the willingness to aid in creating more funner research with the help of game masters or using the SCPs that are currently on-site already. A lot can be done and there is a lot I wish to do.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent? I have not had one excellent-graded document, however I have had multiple good rated documents. What makes a document excellent is how in-depth the document is, the grammar, the knowledge, and how the document is made. If you put in a lot of effort, research the project you are making, and ensure you have perfect grammar you could get yourself an excellent document grade.
-
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: In RP, the responsibility of an Executive Researcher is approving documents, onboarding Junior Researchers, and providing research projects for Juniors, Researchers, and Seniors alike. Most of the time Executives are stuck grading documents or being diplomats for the Research Department.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jose Sands started his career as a Senior Researcher, but he always wanted to do more than his current position allowed. When the "Trusted Program" was introduced, giving Senior Researchers the opportunity to experience being an executive without being one, Sands immediately took the chance. After joining the program, he became a Specialist Researcher and began working more closely with the department.
As research continued to grow, Sands found the Department of Epidemiology. He joined the department during its startup days and continued even to this day. Due to his dedication to sticking through with the department, he was promoted to Senior Biohazard Specialist and was tasked with aiding in the growth of the department and knowledge.
The "Trusted Program" began to face discussions about it potentially being shut down. Sands decided it was time to take the next step. The program's leadership encouraged Specialist Researchers to speak with Executive Researchers and consider applying for the executive team, which he saw as the perfect opportunity to apply.
Having spent so much time in RSD, Sands has seen both the highs and the lows of the department. More than anything, he's watched it grow into a stronger and more engaging place to be. As an Executive Researcher, he hopes to help continue that growth by supporting the department, mentoring newer members, and making sure everyone has an enjoyable and rewarding experience while maintaining the high standards expected of the Research Department.
