Denied Increase XP gained by scavenging

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Increase the xp gained by scanvenging each item, by some degree, I would say 3x because scavenging is extremely slow and painful, and seriously needs this.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Nope.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Less than several dozen hours to reach level 30.
More reason to scavenge and incentivize surface rp.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Literally none.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is just a needed change as people wont even bother grinding scav xp anymore, and would make for better, more balanced times on getting to level 30 scav.
