Denied Give tech experts TE-5's and CL4 access.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
It only makes sense if techies had TE-5's and access to SCP-079. Computers are very technical and only a person who understands technical stuff can fix that problem which is the tech experts.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Altough the risk are there but it only makes sense a technician would know how to fix a rogue computer.

While 079 is a computer, it is an anomaly. It is for E-11 to handle and recontain, as well as other combatives. E-11 is specifically trained to deal with SCP's, including 079. Tech experts are trained to fix computers and doors and whatnot.

Also, I do not trust techies with that kind of access.
