What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Grant Gensec a 15% base movement speed increase or implementing a mechanic that treats them as "light infantry" within the facility. This buff is based around them being rapid response general security. As they are meant to be basically the direct reinforcement in an emergency.
Currently, Gensec lacks distinct identity over other foundation combative roles, and it deserves a more active role as it's general security so we should:
(More Equipped to deal with SCP's than E-11... Cough Containment Beam.).

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Gensec has lacked identity or incentives to be played seriously. By giving them a speed boost, we create a reason for players to choose and stick with Gensec beyond the starter phase. The change supports better crowd control in D-Block without ruining balance, increases gameplay variety as you can use gensec more flexibly different than other combative roles, and fills an underutilized force within Foundation combatives.

Currently, Gensec lacks distinct identity over other foundation combative roles, and it deserves a more active role as it's general security so we should:
- Enhance their response during emergencies.
- Distinguish Gensec from slower, more armored MTF units.
- Make playing Gensec more rewarding rather than the default security unit.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
- Increased Activity in Gensec:
Right now, Gensec is often seen as a throwaway or starter role. Something players abandon as soon as they unlock MTF or more specialized jobs. Giving Gensec a unique edge makes them fun to play in their own right and encourages players to stay active on the team.
- Improved Emergency Response:
A speed buff allows Gensec to react faster to emergencies, coordinate flanks, and actually suppress hostiles rather than being easily overwhelmed. It shifts the balance slightly in their favor without making others powerless. (D-Class often overwhelm Gensec during major riots, so a little bit more action out of it rather than MTF just storming in after 5 minutes and cleaning the place.)
- Unique Combatives:
Gensec fills a new role within foundation security: They're fast and great for flanking. A type of combative that doesn’t exist elsewhere in the Foundation currently.
- Enables Tactics.
As said above, Gensec can become a more tactical unit by being able to perform manouvres other combatives can't, and that's being incredibly nimble and getting to places faster.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Minor Difficulty Spike for D-Class Players:
D-Class may find it slightly harder to evade Gensec during escape attempts or riots. However, given that Gensec is routinely outnumbered and often underpowered in those situations especially against TB, the trade off is fair. Plus, it allows gensec to rely on MTF less as during major riots, MTF will always overpower the Class-D with their LMGs.
- Drugged Gensec:
If a gensec has access to drugs that increase his speed, he may become a speed freak and abuse the hell out of it.
