What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Add a Gas Station store owner. Give them a spawn menu of pre-made food like a hot pocket, frozen pizza, cola, monster, and pills like advil (gives 1hp per minute for 30 minutes or something) and stuff. He will spawn with a Mossberg 500.]
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Adds a role to run a place people just use for callouts
Can shoot surface SCP's with bubbagun 9000
Can talk in a deep southern accent]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[GOC may die to it
May take players from CI
Foundation will get fat with the option to survive on potato chips instead of MREs
Can lose everything at the flip of a coin (cannot store in pocket)]
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[I mean lets be real, what would it hurt? Plus it would be mad funny to watch 323 die to a redneck in a gas station.]
