What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Change the Railing on D-block Catwalk to where they don't soak up 90% of your bullets.
Has something similar to this ever been suggested?:
Yes, I imagine so, but this is just simply changing the railings to like an invisible fence with the railings still there just without collision.
Possible positives of this Suggestion:
Make D-block combat fairer to where dying isn't based on a theoretical RNG mechanic with railing. Gun fights would feel smoother and less confusing to where you ask yourself how your shots didn't hit their target.
Possible Negatives to this suggestion:
In truth, quite literally none.
Based on the positives and negatives why should this suggestion be accepted?:
Because D-block already has many factors that lead to D-class losing which most of the time is their own fault. But dying because the railing soaked up 70-90% of your bullets is not fair and lead to a less enjoyable experiance.
