I've been impressed every day with how you carry yourself around site. Even just as a person, you're hard-working, simple, kind and a good roleplayer! You've been carrying Internal Security on your back alongside Tim and I must say, I'm seeing that department go in the right direction and I am happy to be a commissioner of yours.

I remember flagging on ISD months ago and being Investigator with you together. You then became Inspector, and then Commissioner. Not only did I love to see you grow, it stimulated me to do so too. I then eventually grew in the department alongside you while you were unaware. I must say, despite us not being Directors together, I look forward to helping you in-character on making it a great department.

I look forward to seeing a verdict on your application and wish the best for your application. The Ethics Committee would be pleased with an individual like yourself.

I do only suggest you work on your lore. That is a vital part for FCOM applications.

An outstanding applicant unfortunately let down by an application that, through review of the critique quotes others have posted, clearly did not understand the role and the work it requires/involves. You are the sort of person I would like to see in Ethics, but I think you need to focus on learning more about the intricacies of it first to then succeed in it. Good luck regardless.
