I have 3 warnings all back in 2025, 2 are for FailRP one being I shot a class-D as a researcher and the other for hacking PC's to show the memetic kill agent. The 3rd is for FailRP/RDM where it was late at night and was doing some silly RP and it lead to me shooting a matador at people however this was once again back in 2025.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I am apply for Exec as I have always resonated within the research department and it has been where most of my time in the server was. I recently came back after not playing the server for a while and have been playing as a Jr working my way up and was planning to play that out for a bit longer but seeing the state of research right now it isn't great and I want to help revive and run the department which is core to the server.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I have previous experience as an executive researcher with a tenure of around 5/6 months so I believe that I have extensive knowledge on how to be an exec however that doesn't mean that things haven't changed in the department and there isn't more I can learn. I believe I am a friendly face/easy to talk to individual which helps the newer players of the server feel more welcomed and inclined to play and I hope to encourage more RP/testing within this department.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I have 0 excellent graded documents as I never felt the need to upload my documentation to the SCIPNet however I am aware what makes an excellent document.
Excellent documents include;
- Correct spelling and grammar which is consistent throughout.
- A clear purpose for the test that is being conducted.
- Having the test being able to relate to previous testing or even spark new potential ideas for further research.
- Including pictures and diagrams to display results or answers in a clear and concise way.
- Filling in new pages, sections or headings as you see fit to further analyse the information.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
Responsibilities of the executive researcher include but are not limited to;
- Watch over ongoing testing and give suggestions/provide support for researchers.
- Assist researchers with writing documents, promote creative tests and proper test protocol including following things like the FLC.
- Grade documents written by researchers and give pointers where it could be improved as there is always room for improvement.
Executive researchers are the role models for newer research staff and the best you can do for your department is to keep them involved and engaged and feel welcomed within it. There should never be a time where someone brings you a test proposal and you look at it and think "that would be horrible" instead as mentioned previous you can give suggestions or provide support for them.
