In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: CST
Character name(s): Daniel "Bean" Stalk, Christian Gunnar
Civilian name: Christian Rigarn

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP USA

Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: ISD Investigator and DEA Agent

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: MRDM on 11/09/2025 - I stabbed multiple D-Class who insulted me thinking it was a reasonable for my character (Death row inmate). I didn't understand killing multiple people in quick succession was considered MRDM and I learned the hard way.1781401983838.png

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
I'm applying for the ISD Inspector role because I want to have a meaningful impact on the department by actively teaching and guiding the next generation of ISD, assisting leadership wherever I can, and helping steward the community that has been created within ISD. I would love to be part of the team, work more closely with the commissioners, and assist where needed.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?
Throughout my time in ISD, I've been consistently active. I've always tried to be a helping hand, including personally training ISD agents, editing and stocking ISD documents such as weapon permit applications, and assisting commissioners whenever I can. When I see problems, I don't just point them out and forget about them. I always try to bring solutions and work to help fix the problems. I've never been afraid to ask questions and have welcomed correction. I approach every situation with a non-biased perspective and try to get both sides of the story.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?
An ideal ISD Inspector will always have a learning attitude and will seek correction rather than take it as rejection. They should constantly ask questions and always work to improve themselves and ISD as a whole. They should remain unbiased during disputes and never abuse the trust given to them by senior leadership. They represent ISD and should reflect the goals and values of our departments. They should uphold the FLC and lead ISD with confidence, respect, and honesty. Inspectors should always take the initiative to help ISD and lead it toward a brighter future.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?
Unfortunately, I have not had many opportunities to write major documents for ISD. However, I have documented several arrests throughout my journey as an agent and investigator. In addition to working with Inspectors to obtain signed confessions from GSD leadership, I assisted Commissioner Johnny in updating and stocking the weapon permit documents. Finally, while not directly writing the GSD handbook, I assisted GSD leadership in editing certain confusing regulations regarding contraband and when it is proper to terminate D-Class.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?
An Internal Security Inspector is the first ISD rank with CL4 responsibilities, taking on many new duties such as opening and closing the blast doors to PW during active codes, organizing and directing ISD operations, dealing with CL4 personnel who fail to follow the FLC, and assisting ISD Senior Leadership in any way they can. They are expected to share their knowledge and expertise, serving as a guide to anyone in ISD seeking assistance, maintaining an unbiased stance during disputes, and being a welcoming figure to all who need help. Inspectors are still JUNIOR LEADERSHIP, meaning they can offer much to ISD Operatives and Investigators, but still have much to learn, and should continually seek guidance from senior leadership on how to improve.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
As I said before, I have trained several agents, but I have also answered questions from both site personnel and other investigators. I've been pulled in as an advisor for arrests, investigations, and other situations requiring ISD. I pride myself on my understanding and ability to properly communicate regulations, rules, and personal tips to other agents and investigators. Being in leadership requires the ability to serve those ranked below you, answering questions or addressing concerns even when you're not in the mood, and assisting with situations you don't necessarily want to deal with. It's a never-ending loop of learning new material and then teaching it to agents and investigators. If I receive this role, I will work hard to meet the expectations of senior leadership.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
<Report - Constable First Class Daniel Gray>
Daniel Gray was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He lived there for twenty-three years before deciding to move to Toronto, Canada, for work. He was invested in becoming a law enforcement officer. At the age of twenty-four, his dream of working in law enforcement became true. He was admitted to the Ontario Police College. After working for three and a half grueling years, he was rewarded with the rank of constable 1st class. Daniel was ecstatic about his promotion after his involvement in a major investigation. He was offered the opportunity to work a few night shifts as acting sergeant while Sergeant Hillman was on vacation. It was one of these inconspicuous nights when Daniel's life would change forever. At 1:36 AM on 4/11/2024, a report of unidentified figures seen breaking into an abandoned warehouse prompted a unit to respond to the area. After the constables failed to check in, Gray decided to respond to the scene. As he arrived, he felt his stomach sink. The cruiser the other unit had taken was empty. Requesting backup, he entered the warehouse. He first noticed the buzzing sound, looking for the source, he saw a tape recorder. However, he quickly lost interest when he found the two constables sitting in plastic chairs. Confused, Daniel called out to them, but they did not respond. Wary, he approached his comrades. The buzzing was growing louder. He felt a migraine coming, but determined to reach his constables, he pressed on. Finally reaching them, he shook them and asked what they were doing. Surprised, he leaped back as they felt like they were on fire. Suddenly, the buzzing sound became a documentary about someone. Someone who worked at the foundation, someone named Daniel Stalk. As Daniel backed away, he saw Constable Johnson fall to the ground, screaming in agony. He saw his friend catch fire as if he had been blown up by a nuclear weapon. As Daniel started to feel his consciousness slipping away, he felt a tug from behind as another constable pulled him out of the warehouse. The Ontario Provincial Police report states that two constables were believed to have accidentally set off a small explosive rigged to set the warehouse on fire. However, Daniel stated the facts were wrong. After deliberation, he was admitted to The Center for Addiction and Mental Health. He showed signs of Dissociative Identity Disorder after behaving with two different personalities, choosing to switch between Daniel Gray and Daniel Stalk. His conditions worsened as he became convinced he was Daniel Stalk, who worked for an "organization" that "protected the world from the shadows." He was later rediagnosed with Dissociative Amnesia with Dissociative Fugue. He was reported missing from the Center for Addiction and Mental Health on 4/25/2024 and has not been seen since.

<ISD Personnel File - Daniel "Bean" Stalk>
<Update>
Daniel "Bean" Stalk died 3/21/2024 at Site-65 after nuclear detonation during a SCP-008 containment breach.
<Update> A constable by the name Daniel Gray came in contact with an anomalous object created by the group of interest, "Are We Cool Yet?". Daniel Gray is convinced he is Daniel "Bean" Stalk, reportedly possessing all of his memories up to his sudden and unfortunate demise. [Investigation on-going]
<Update - Personal note from ██████████████> "Amnestics failed to bring his original memories. I don't think we can let this guy out back out into the wild. Honestly, we've got bigger fish to fry than some ISD Agent who came back to life. At this point, just give him his job back and keep an eye on him. We'll put him on a bi-monthly physiological testing schedule... just in case."
<Update> Daniel "Bean" Stalk was reinstated into ISD as an agent.
<Update> Daniel "Bean" Stalk has been promoted to Investigator.
