Yeah man this system rocks. Instead of doing an @ message and waiting for some guy to pick it up and take me to admin room, I can just open a ticket and go about my day, and then bam I could get a reply.

Oh you had a question? No Admin Room needed

Oh you need a TB refund cause someone metagamed? Boom its handled.

only complaint i have about is mostly stuck sits which take longer then they really should but otherwise its good

I liked the old system better.

New ticket system is a bit clunky, but it's nice to request GMs now for certain buildings or events.
