What does this suggestion change/add/remove
Changes the 323 and 8854 CC in the announcement system to be 079 and 8837

Possible Positives of the suggestion
Removes non-existent areas from the announcement options
Allows to make announcements for those areas so everyone is aware
Possible Negatives of the suggestion
If 323 or 8854 is contained on site they don't have any options to announce something at their CC
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted
Since 323 and 8854 don't have permanent CCs on site, they really shouldn't have an option to announce something at their CC. However 8837 and 079, both of which are high risk SCPs do not have an option to announce something at that location. That does not make since and should be remedied
