My name is Biz J. Wizbang, and I'm part wizard. Here's my PAC3 to facilitate runecraft and invocations. I use the Halloween event spellbook as my "focus" (the weapon that needs to be equipped to use these custom spells). Attached below should be a video of them all in use as well as a block of lore explaining where he came from. Lore is still a WIP, so if there's any changes you'd like to see for this to get approved, lmk.

Also, I know weapon reskins aren't usually allowed because it confuses people on what weapon you have equipped, but before I did the thaum pose thing, people thought I had a knife equipped, so like idk I hope you let this one slide, please. It hasn't confused anyone yet. It's better suited for what this pac does, and it doesn't show with pac disabled, so combative people still see regular old me with the wizard book like this:
Attached below is a medal link to a video showing off everything I have so far. I plan on touching up the thrown spells, replacing the ice shard with something else like a lightning bolt or something, as well as a more theatrical ritual with runes for RP purposes like thaumaturgic runecrafting/enchantment.

Biz J. Wizbang is the cognitive amalgamation of Consultant John "Papa" Schnatter and a currently unidentified reality bender, theorized to either be from a far future or another dimension, who went by the name Byzarius. This fusion was later discovered to be the result of thaumaturgical glyphs placed on the inside of the purple conical hat he now wears at all times. While these runes cannot be directly viewed without the removal of the hat and subsequent damage to the wearer's psyche, it can be estimated that these runes were part of some kind of consciousness transfer ritual, triggered when first wearing the anomaly. It's assumed to have been created by this "Byzarius" figure, but the original location where the anomaly was found is unknown. Removal of the hat has been attempted twice. Both times have resulted in life-threatening seizures. Reality anchors cannot penetrate the space inside the hat. The results of such an event are unknown, possibly resulting in even more life-threatening cognitive events.
This possession ritual was not immediate, however, nor was it restricted to the mind. Over the course of several months, John went from a towering 6'5, with the newfound ability to summon harmless pyrotechnic displays, to an estimated 5"4, with the capability to invoke Type-Blue level rituals and abilities. Over time, his knowledge and memories have been replaced with that of wizardry and fantasy nonsense from a world he doesn't know. For a while, Biz isolated himself from the rest of the site as he struggled with near schizophrenic like symptoms, spending his time reflecting on his new history and learning whatever he could of thaumaturgy to stop the progression or even reverse the effects of the anomalous conical hat now stuck to his head.
After a few months of research, Biz was finally able to create a web of runes around the hat that allowed him to control the progression, enabling him to replace life memories with previously unknown rituals, runes, and invocations from Byzarius's memory, and vice versa, reversing the psychic infection over time. Trying to return memories he cannot remember has proven difficult, however. He covers these runes with yellow stars, claiming they "help improve morale". In reality, they just stop people from asking questions. One memory he cannot figure out is the "J." in his name, exhibiting characteristics as if he were recently amnesticated whenever asked what the "J." stands for, represents, means, or any similar line of questioning, entering a catatonic state for a few seconds before returning to a lucid state with approximately 5 minutes of recent memory lost.
After partially curing his condition, Biz returned to foundation life. However, his condition left gaps in his medical knowledge, leaving his skills lacking. Due to the various changes in his life, the gaps in his knowledge as a medical professional, newfound thaumaturgic abilities, and his work as a consultant affording him experience with anomalies and research as a whole, he was transferred to the research department and given the title of thaumatologist, where he quickly cultivated a deep understanding of ritualism and runecraft. Today he specialises in dimensional anomalies as well as thaumaturgy as a whole.
