Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Yes
Why should you be unbanned: I killed a guy as a brute because he stole all the scrap from me while i was looking for scrap and you can kill people for stealing your stuff as a d class. in a realistic prison if you stole something from the tough guy he would beat the shit out of you and possibly kill you and d class are on death row and they would most likely do that.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: wont kill anyone
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: join nu 7 or something like that

Hi quandale,
During the sit I had with you, you first claimed that you killed the d class for insulting you. You then switched to saying that they stole your scrap. I had explained to you that scrap is accessible to anyone and at no point did I hear you or the accuser mention giving/receiving a warning. It is also to my knowledge not ok to kill players over stuff like this, however you may damage them.
