One "Tyler Briggs" was involved in research and development for DSTL with regards to biochemical tools, This lead to the discovery of [Redacted], The excretions of the creature directly lead to the creation of now documented compound AM-IIX2.
This chemical when mixed with [Redacted] and then heated to [Redacted] Degree's creates a more potent version of Class E Amnestics.
Foundation agents when notified were dispatched and began to steer them away from utilising the chemical, Foundation connections then within the British military shut down the project silently.
Briggs made many attempts to ensure the project was continued and was eventually removed from their position due to outbursts against their commanding officer, However foundation operatives did make note of them as their chemical knowledge was valuable to the foundation.
They resigned from their position and spent an estimated year doing some personnal research and finding themselves an identity that sat more comfortably with them, Going by the name "Ionia Briggs", They also took the appropriate actions to have their gender and identity changed to match this, Including seeking out therapy and such, Though with that they required a stronger financial base and with the Antimemetics division requiring some new chemically trained personnel, The foundation sought out this new potential asset to be used.

They began their career within the Antimemetics divison working with their found chemical to produce a substance similar to class E amnestics which removed specific concepts from percieved notions, some notable tests removed a D-Class testing materials ability to "Perceive colors", Another test detailed the removal of a subject's ability to think (Ionia was promptly reprimanded as the testing material was due to be utilised for a specific test due to their skill at woodworking), A full report on such can be made upon request to the administrative body residing at Site-41.
They resided within this division for 1 year and 3 months before transfering to the decomissioning department, There they were observed by the Alpha-1 that worked with O5-8, -8 noted that their understanding of chemicals produced via anomalies was "second to none" where A1 Squadron Commander 'Flintlock' had noted their weapons handling proficiency was in line with expectations for people within his unit, What pushed them into taking on Ionia was her natural ability to convince others into talking. Site 37 they were tasked with handling a minor information request from O5-8 into the status of an anomalous appliance housed there, However reports state they were engaged by a undercover MC&D (Marshall, Carter and Dark), Information as to what transpired is not stated however the Alpha-1 dispatched to check on the status of the assistant sent with Ionia reported the following:
"Ionia had the hostile tied into restraints and had jury rigged a IV Drip of some... chemical into their neck, the hostile was mumbling some words to Ionia but I couldn't hear. The sight of the room was... something. It was a standard record keeping room, yet it seems some sort of brutal scuffle had occurred"
Medical reports that follow indicate the hostile had occurred 3 cuts on their stomach and the removal of two fingers. Their mental condition is yet undetermined as they become erratic at the sight of needles and the colour orange. Medics have issues restraining them and it is a primary concern that a forceful blood draw would cause them irreperable mental harm, Pending a request to Site director Jager to forgoe usual medical responsibilities.
Ionia recieved 3 surface lacerations on the arm and stomach however was fine upon receiving stitches, subjects mental state remains in question as Alpha-1 SGT 'Pincer' noted that upon being discovered interrogating the hostile they were "Taking way too much fun from clowning on this guys mental state", Pending psychological evaluation.
It has been noted on this report that Ionia is compliant with all requests and appears to be fully functional mentally, Offering the location of 2 MC&D storage facilities within Canada that she had "Happened to learn" from the hostile,
At request from order from Squadron commander 'Flintlock' and SGT 'Pincer', Ionia received a specific memo and such was inducted into Mobile task force Alpha-1, Allowing them to take the codename 'Retraction'
