How many hours can you commit to developing per week?: I can probably do somewhere between 5-15 hours. Altough the gap is big it depends on the task.

Why do you want to be a Developer? What can you help us with?: I would like to contribute to the server i actively play on and also learn how to do things in the way. As far as i understand devs do what task they are given or they get to choose a task from the github backlogs, i would love contribute so things go a little faster.

I pushed 3 different projects as examples, the sql one is only for showing the sql usage and doesnt really do anything

We would first of all like to apologize for the delay in handling your application. Unfortunately, we have decided to deny your application as we feel you haven't demonstrated enough to qualify for the position. For example, your "SQLExample" is very basic, and we'd like to see something more advanced related to data storage. For your next application, I would suggest combining these different parts (SWEPs, UI, SQL, etc) and making at least one fully fleshed out addon that could be used on a server.
