What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds the Crimson Blade interaction of beheading and hand chopping from mrp. But add it only to CI Officer+, All MTF COs+, D class Brute.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

It adds more immersion so instead of just doing a /me to chop off hands or chop someone's head off you use the interaction

People will not have hands or a head

As the last CSB Leader of the MRP US, I approve of this message! The head and hand chopping could lead to multiple other RP opportunities like more realistic torture methods. Also back during the days of my time in CSB and MRP US as a whole, I heard no complaints from other NWO or NATO. In contrast, the opposite happened and multiple people enjoyed the mechanic and also enjoyed the femur breaker that you added to MRP USA. If I can recall, it was also heavily favored by the SL member that looked over the event team, which his name was Nomad and he was senior admin. To conclude, these RP methods would benefit the server in a RP department and there was multiple reasons like enjoyment and the likes of credible people.
