What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds the ability to use chat to talk to people on the phone

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Would allow non-mic users to talk to people on the phone
Would allow people to understand others easier in times where a microphone is cutting off or the person cant understand the other
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could be difficult to implement
Could be harder to see the message due to the time it takes to write/the amount of other messages someone has
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
While i believe it might be difficult to implement, it would be very useful to people without microphones like me who cant call/recieve calls.
