999 Sample Bioaccumulation

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Bounces off one of my previous suggestions regarding 999 eating stuff and introduces bioaccumulation through 999 samples. Basically, if 999 eats enough of a food that induces an effect on him, his samples will reflect those very same effects on those who ingest those samples. If 999 eats enough sugar, ingesting his samples will make you fast too, for example. Theoretically, you could poison someone using 999, making him a tool for chemical warfare. After some time, 999 would revert to normal and future samples would reflect that too, but not samples already collected before then.

I would think laced 999 samples would give less potent effects to similar chems (given some effects would not be unique) to prevent abuse of 999 as a chem factory, but I also think the idea of people abusing SCPs for personal gain IC is also fitting.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different:
My 999 eating interactions post (please read this if you are confused.)

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Would lead to 999 getting more "love" and "attention."
Funny way to conduct an assassination.
RSD finally gets something to do.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Could be abused to make cheaper versions of some chems, but there are currently hard sampling limitations on SCPs.
Possible technical limitations.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think it gives more nuance to an otherwise typically boring SCP, besides my other post about 999. Logically, it does make sense (think of mercury in fish.) Gameplay wise, it should be an easy mechanic to balance if things get out of hand. It may make 999, and otherwise simple SCP, a little too complicated, but it would certainly bring some spice to him which is what I feel many of the SCPs have been lacking as of lately.

Im p sure 999 is the only SCP for a certain chemical so giving the chemical side effects that arent the one the chem does is bad.
The chem it gives is kinda worthless beyond like... red phosphorus and no one makes chem nades because
1. They take too long to detonate
2. They take too many chems to make
3. Cost more than a energy weapon and are used less

I use them with cortico for rations
