If it is determined by the CO teams, it should be a regulation recorded within regiment-specific documentation rather than in the rulebook, as the former has significantly more flexibility so that the CO team can change it at will.
+Support for that reason, really. Let the CO's decide it after...
Okay- I know how this is gonna go, so a quick preface; Is this a cope suggestion? Maybe. I'm playing Nu-7 as of recent, and have been solidly handed my ass by CI consistently. Is this a Skill Issue? Probably; I won't deny that a lot of CI players (On UK, I shan't speak of US) have a skill...
This would have been set significantly more recent.
The Termination of House Korvin would have been performed (Unbeknownst to the Character themselves) by MTF Psi-13 in a joint Foundation & GOC operation due to the concerns of the Silver Vein sect growing beyond manageable numbers.
And uh...

079's containment strategy shouldn't be wholly reliant upon wether or not someone with a CL4 keycard shows up to let you in. That is just boring.
As for being RC'd too quickly; 079's should rely upon their ability to see *everything* in the site to communicate with other SCP's to...
Hey there! This is the Character Bio for my MTF Nu-7 Character. The link is in the spoiler below, however, first I wish to give a fair warning (You saw that sensitive topic tag!)
The character is a member of the Nälka cult (Perhaps better known as 'Sarkics'). While, currently, the document does...
I am fully in favor of removing any of the effects that basically move you out of the fight, and rather shift them over to more versatility options- Maybe give the TB a teleport to make up for this? That provides a much more dynamic and enjoyable fight than just a 'Yea you're done now.' ability.
Small reply to this;
Even if staff does not consider this Job Abuse, it seems that UK CI's CO team does as of current, judged by the fact that someone was recently striked with the reason being;
"Switched to Nu-7 Jugg after he died in a raid"
So I do understand hesitance from CI players to do...

OCOMMS are just that; Open Communications, available by *everyone*. Anyone that can get their hands on a radio or telecom device would be able to access them, which is why even civilians get them.
That aside; OCOMMS is used for a variety of things. With this change, CL1/CL2...
If you're raiding GOC, just stay clear of Pinewood.
If you're raiding F, just stay clear of their vents/F-hill
If you're raiding CI, just stay clear of no-mans-land and Phill.
Everywhere else is free game.
What does this suggestion add?
A rule that states that any player from a raiding party that died during a raid may not involve themselves in this raid any further. This would include actions such as guarding surface locations against flanking forces, ferrying goods/keycards/SCP's back and forth...
Rather than revoking Ts3 fully, I am much more in favor of requiring that each channel clearly state if it is an In-Character or Out-Of-Character channel in either its name/description.
At the moment, far too frequently do I see Ts3 being required to be in but also being a constant gamble of...
Hi! Small addition to my earlier post, in mention to Cheesy's point of making CI less powerfull on surface;
Provide GM-Objectives that provide specific kits on the same cooldown as the main raid. These kits can be balanced for the raids, while the normal kits that CI spawns with can be...
I'd like to quickly add on that SCP's can also do this, and CI (On UK at least!) frequently uses SCP's such as SCP-682 to raise the TB's health to max as part of a breach 'deal'.
Sup! So, there's a *lot* of things in this thread to respond to, my my!
Lets uh, keep it to the main core questions posed by the Content team!
Interacting with RP within Pinewood/Lake with MC&D, anything that gets them outside of their own base, but also is not them sitting on Fhill waiting...
This dude is a massive pain in the ass for any of my less-than-moral characters. Clearly, this attempt to become the new Director of the Internal Security Department is simply a ploy by him to make my planned assassination of his character harder.

Okay, uh, I think people are taking this the very wrong way here.
I am seeing a lot of people talking about the GSD/Site-Staff perspective of this situation. That is not what I am aiming upon in this suggestion. Nor am I suggesting that the definition of a riot be changed for Site-Staff...
Yep! This is actually the core part of why I made this suggestion.
When do you call a Code? This is something that is entirely up to player interpretation, with no clarification from the rules about when a riot is taking place. What does this result in? A riot being able to be called for...
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Rephrase SCP 912's rule that states;
To either clearly define what constitutes a Riot (Outside of a simple 'C2 is active', as a C2 can be activated by any Cl3 personnel for any reason), or to be rephrased so as to be independent of Site-Codes.
Has...
I'm all for customiseability but...
Does anyone actually use SCiPNET in this fashion? Personally, the inability for CL4 personnel to edit the file hierarchy combined with the tough navigation makes it unusable.
But uh, if people can use this, it doesn't seem like a tough thing to add?
