The benefit of Dissolve is that it doesn't leave a body to be found at the cost of a incredibly loud sound.
It also uses less energy with a higher cooldown of +5 seconds.

It would be cool to see different variations of the Deployable Shield.
Of course for the intent of RP purposes, designs would have to not be an infobreach; i.e. the shield having the faction logo or motto.

I've changed the eye color to one listed on my lore file, reduced it's brightness and removed it's translucent property. It shouldn't pop out as much as before, but still be noticeable to those who look closely.
The mask material has also been reset to it's normal value to return it's visual...

It would be wise to put this into the listed format, most likely staff will deny or disregard it if it's not formatted correctly.

GSD as a whole shouldn't have a movement speed increase.
Perhaps a job with an armor or health cap to compensate, but no combative job should health a physical advantage over another.
(Excluding special jobs; Juggernaut, Reality Benders, etc.)
I personally feel as if E-11 should get more jobs, or at least have more job slots. Cause right now enlisted and NCO's have a total of 7 job slots while Nu-7 has 13 job slots, not counting that officers will sometimes use and Enlisted or NCO job slot if the Officer job is full.
