Content Suggestion ERT Overhaul

Content Suggestions will be reviewed by Content Team weekly, please allow time as not everything can be reviewed at once.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[Kinda a 2 option suggestion.
1. Based on who calls ERT will decide who gets called, mostly moving to actually giving ERT a lore based MTF, if o5 calls them it's TAU-5, if Ethics calls them it's Alpha-9, if SA calls them it's Zeta-9 type options, (not exactly those just examples so before someone has a fit like "ERM ACHULY O5 can't call TAU-5 because on lore entry 54206769 'Beetlejuice kissed me") with each option getting diffrently powered ERT. Ethics may call in a ERT with a higher stab based resistance like 076 or 9000, O5 may call in a ERT with a higher HP pool. Just something to give a bit more weight to who made the call.

2. Based on what regiment the player is in gives them diffrent equipment/weapons, even if it's just a model change. Something to say "this is a ERT part of this regiment, the one on site is a more lightly armed operating regiment, blah blah" and allow a bit more immersion to the arrival of ERT.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
[ERT suggestions have been made before but nothing came of it. ]

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Based on 1.
Adds a bit more value to who makes the call
Can add debate between the 3 leadership positions on who calling who could be more effective to the breach at hand.
Won't harm existing groups/their rp

Based on 2.
Easy change for devs, being a check of regiment that already exist
Another layer of immersion being it's not just a nameless regiment
Could add more value to being in specific regiments]

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[Lore nerd may cry
Balancing "new" ert
Dev time.]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[Could be a intresting change to a old system that hasn't evolved much, war funds could become used with it depending on how the dev executes it, I think it'd be fun.]

ERT has always felt kinda wierd to me, like the SCP universe is so focused on designations and different regiments that the generic 'Emergancy Response Team' feels empty. Either approach could be cool, but the second one needs some specification, with non-combative personnel that join ERT.
