Lore overview: SCP 1128 otherwise known as thalassophobia or the aquatic horror, is a huge leviathan that lives out somewhere in the open sea. This SCP is a cognito hazard as knowing anything about what this anomaly looks like will cause the witness to experience severe hydrophobia. If the infected person ever gets fully submerged in water they will be transported to SCP 1128's current location where they will most likely be devoured. the effects of 1128 do not work in a liquid that doesn't contain water. If the infected person manages to last a while with no contact with water the hydrophobia will become more severe until eventually they could fall through a puddle on the ground and get transported, one account even had an infected person get taken into a glass of water which managed to transport them to SCP 1128.
Gameplay: I'm not sure a playable 1128 would work however it can still be tested on as all you would need is a file of some sorts about the entity and if the player has equipped this item they are "infected". Once infected the person can either be lowered into a shallow pool of water for testing purposes or they could fall through a puddle after roughly 10 to 20 minutes of infection. This would also mean that there would need to be small puddles of water around the facility that could either be there for this exact purpose or perhaps could serve as a task for janitors to clean. The infected would also need to show an extreme fear of water and claim to see 1128 in almost any body of water.
Design: I thought about 2 designs for this creature, one is the well known image known as "the bloop" and the other is the design used in a the rubber video. The bloop would maybe be easier since it's a bit more simple texture wise, but I would love to see the rubbers design come to life in a full 3D model. Both of these designs will be attached to this suggestion.
Personal notes: This is my favorite SCP, but it severely lacks in exposure, I haven't seen it any game and I haven't seen anywhere outside it's wiki page and a few youtube videos talking about it. I think it would be wonderfully terrifying to have it on this server as it would match quite nicely with roleplaying considering it's cognito hazardous nature.
Summary: SCP 1128 is a cognito hazard that gives anyone who knows what it roughly looks like severe hydrophobia and cause them to be transported to it if they are ever submerged in water, it can also transport the infected from a puddle or even a glass of water.
