What does this suggestion add/change/remove?:
-This suggestion is about how when submitting a doc for review in the medical tab the EXP you get when graded is Research and not medical EXP. This suggestion changes that to where documents submitted in the medical part of the SCIPNET(Maybe also ISD) give out Support EXP instead of Research EXP.
Or by doing it by a per job basis (like medical and ISD get support for submitting docs on job).
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
-Nothing like this has been suggested before.
Possible Positives of the suggestion:
-Allows Medical to get rewards for the job their on.
-Allows Doctors to gain levels quicker if they are doing psych evals and physicals.
-Allows for lower ranking medical to be able to do stuff that involves the RP aspect while still gaining support exp to progress.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-I personally do not see a problem unless their is a issue with the SCIPNET crediting which there easily could be.
Based on the Positives &; Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
-This really simple change allows doctors to actually do physicals and psych evals and get something out of it. And also can promote more RP as you get rewards for making good and interesting psych evals, physicals, and reports.
