What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
This seems to have been accepted back in 2023 - However, nothing seems to have been done? This was also implemented into MRP (RIP) However since it no longer is operational, it makes sense to implement some of the 'good' aspects of MRP to SCP
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Add in the MRP arrest record to the personnel tablet
- (opt) Ability for ISD to add in citation/fines and community service to peoples arrest records?

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Previously implemented into MRP - Will cost less development time to port over to SCP. (I think with my small brain dev knowledge)
- From the UK CL4 meeting yesterday, an emphasis on in-character punishments is being pushed. The ability for ISD/Site command/Regimental Officers to see and assess their officers arrests would better allow for regiments to implement in-character punishments.
- Rather than just a jail time and forget, now there is something tangible which can be assessed and acted on if need be.
- Would allow regimental officers to enact requirements that if a personnel has been arrested for X times in X days they are temporarily denied promotions.
- Every X days (30 days) the arrest is considered expunged and removed from the personnel record.
- More arrests you have - You'd retrieve less money from your pay check?
- People aren't a fan of repercussions. This could upset people when shown their indiscretions... But seriously, in the event ISD/arresting officer acts unproperly through 'minge' arrests this could be a burden on someone's record.
- To prevent this - Permit Server Leadership the ability to expunge arrests.
- Players who play multiple 'characters' on the same actual character could cause problems.
- e.g NU-7 CPL Joe Smith (Law abiding and straight as an arrow) as well as Sr Doc. John Smith (A troublesome man with a reputation for arrest)
- To prevent this could devs add the name at the time of the arrest to the record? Would allow personnel to distinguish which arrests would be relevant.

- There is little development time required to implement this suggestion, there is also a current rework on the personnel tablet so this seems like an opportune time to add this feature in.
- We are pushing for more actual repercussions to peoples actions. The ability to actually be able to record and visualise an players arrest record will assist personnel in determining other in-character options.
