Partially Accepted ISD wing changes.

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion changes all doors in the ISD Wing—including interrogation cells and going into back hallways—so that they require CL4 (Level 4 Clearance) to open. Only ISD and specific trusted groups will have bypass access. This prevents lower-clearance jobs from opening these doors.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

• Stops Trolling and Job Abuse: It stops people with CL3 (like random Security or Researchers) from walking in and letting their friends out of cells or being a public nusiance.
• Prevents people with CL3 (like Security or random staff) from abusing their access to help friends or interfere with ISD work.
• Stops ISD having to tell everyone to get out of interrogation every 10 minutes, or the backhallway.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This change is really about making things fair and functional. It helps stop trolls, minges, and people misusing CL3 jobs just to mess around. At the same time, it improves the experience for ISD and makes it slightly easier for us not having to deal with minges and trolls.

the cells door are literally level 4 bios. And im pretty certain you can arrest anyone who gets in the way. I don't think it requires a whole map / clearance change.

These area's are, on UK at least, clearly marked as ISD/Invitation only. If someone enters them without permission, just give them one clear order to depart and then arrest them for trespassing.

Restrictions such as suggested would make it harder for people to participate in actual RP within the ISD wing.

These area's are, on UK at least, clearly marked as ISD/Invitation only. If someone enters them without permission, just give them one clear order to depart and then arrest them for trespassing.

Got changed with the map update to be CL3 - Request to have it changed back to CL4 was denied.

Personally I am +support on this and heres why:

- ISD lack numbers 93% of the time, having maybe 2-3 ISD on at a time, this is not always the case but it common
- The only thing this does is increase issues, and no I am not stationing an Agent to play babysitter over the jail cells for 3+ hours to prevent someone coming along. We already have issues with Thaums, Techs and other jobs working in groups, just teleporting ISD away and uncuffing a friend and then running. Its even worse that they can just come on in and open a door

@Asmodeus is correct.
@Yeke Has stated that the interrogation jail doors "are supposed to be CL3 and should have never been changed to CL4" (paraphrasing from a prior conversation regarding this subject).

Do I agree that CL4 jail cells would be better for security and preventing trolling? Yes. Will it be changed? No, as it was previously asked and answered.

+Support for ISD jail door clearance changes.
Them being a lower clearance enables more minges than them being higher clearance inhibits jailbreak RP. Jailbreak RP for the most part is mostly combative, anyway.
