Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?

• So i can do more higher level Test and help others researchers learn stuff and help sign stuff for them

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:

• I been researching for awhile now and been doing the same test over and over, so i think its time for me to move up

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?

• I dont know how many i wrote but its alot. What makes a Good document is explaining how the test went with great words that can make the reader have a visual of how the test went and also having every single detail down.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

• Executive researcher is a critical role focused on identifying and securing high-level candidates and their responsibilities include curating a shortlist of qualified individuals

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in: They would be involved with getting brought into things that no other person has and following stories/discovering stories

I normally don’t comment on applications, but for Igy, I’m making an exception.
This is the most significant -support I can reasonably give an applicant.

• Repeatedly demonstrates rude and dismissive behavior toward others.
• Conducts dangerous and reckless tests with no concern for RP integrity or Foundation procedures, often resulting in unnecessary casualties.
• Shows clear favoritism and bias during operations, regularly ignoring commands from superiors unless they come from close friends.
• Overall lacks the professionalism, judgment, and attitude expected of someone applying for this position.

In my view, this individual has no real interest in contributing to the server or roleplay in the way it’s intended.

Overall the application doesn't have that much effort put into it; each question doesn't have much information within your answers, so most definitely you need to add more.
Make sure to take this as constructive criticism, I don't want to make you to come to hate Research - or anything to do with the site; but I will be stern and tell you exactly what you do need if you continue to wish to join the Executive team (we are always looking for new members).
But this should instead be a learning experience for future applications overall:

To begin with, the reason for you applying for an Executive doesn't tell me what/or why you wish to join the team. I usually see this space as an opportunity to give out a sense of my personality to the person reading so that they'd see my passion within the topic; pushing the agenda of the next question, "What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?"

And the part about the responsibilities of Executives shows that you don't exactly understand what the Research Leadership fully does, yes we do look out for outstanding individuals but there's many more other different things that we do (such as assisting with RSD in their learning of the site, and what they can do to improve), if you'd ever like to learn more about what executives do you can easily find us around the site; we do have a few actives that really love research and wouldn't mind answering any questions you have.

Also the part with your lore doesn't exactly tell us much about your own character and how you would be in a character sense (after all the main focus of the server is to roleplay, so it is always good to have strong foundations of a character). It shows more of the sense that you wouldn't be pushing for your own roleplay but rather just joining in with others (which is perfectly good and all, not saying you cannot, but it doesn't make you stand out to be a roleplay leader; another role of an executive).

couple of years could means anything years, ranging from 1 to 6, judging by no whitelist roles in your app, im gonna guess: one year plus

do a lore doc (which i did also when i was UNGOC but it was so bad cuz no format and had made lot of changes to it that i gave up lol), also could put a lore here but make it so that it goes to foundation end.
