Partially Accepted Remove OOC chat

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Remove OOC chat from the server or add an option to disable it

Probably, I am not sure

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- No more OOC chat flooding comms
- I don't have to cringe every 3 seconds because of something stupid in OOC

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None!

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The server's RP quality is tanked by the presence of OOC chat and it is annoying

This isn't a UK/US issue. In an ideal world OOC would just be off and you can only use /looc or contact staff via the appropriate commands.

The toggle is the best SCP is going to get and the outright removal of OOC has been denied multiple times.
