W Im in the file, Nice lore that can be expanded, Portals will be used most likely as "events" only once every full moon but still cool, already works-ish in game, nothing too flashy. Fire is goofy tho but can be fixed.

I dont really see any major issues with the PAC itself, it's just.. Being a reality bender in any degree while not actually being a reality bender in gameplay can cause some iffy situations. I also don't quite think the "portal" ability listed makes much sense.

tl;dr pac is fine, lore is a bit iffy in some spots

Please modify your lore and make it realistic, It is quite unrealistic to make your character overpowered with that many abilities, You have given your character an unrealistic amount of abilities just for the sake of it
