What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
Aside from the obvious experience I have from both years of play and experience both working as and making work for OSAs, I have recently gotten the itch to RP within the SCP universe again, and feel that it would be the most fun for myself and others to do so from the Overseer side of the fence again. I have a long, long, long track record of creating and propagating RP within the site even without the assistance of game masters, though I've often worked to help them with their own events as well.
On a more technical standpoint, I am already familiar with Overseer guidelines, A-1 procedures, OSA rules and policies, as well as the general Code of Conduct, Legal Codex and that thing Ethics likes to say we follow /s. Add onto that the fact that I single-handedly wrote half the old policies that kept Research afloat and active despite a heavily PVP-focused game development cycle for the game and you can get a rough idea of where my talents are focused.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
I've decided to come back to Civil after spending some time hanging out with friends who are still active on it, and wish to be able to both participate in and contribute towards the CL4+ story arcs. RP has and will always be the exclusive goal of mine while on the server.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Having returned to SIte-65 at the behest of RAISA for the investigation of anomalous reality distortions caused by particularly potent power wielding maniacs, Darby finds himself being spurred from his lethargic self-interest after witnessing the inefficacies and failures of the lower staff in maintaining site functionality. His interest now lies in determining the relation between undocumented special anomalies and the near-constant disillusionment of site security within the Canadian tundra. While he may be one of the few still living from his time, his past credentials and repertoire of knowledge has not degraded like his melting body.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Receiving and carrying out orders at the behest of an Overseer(s).
- Observing and reporting on the efficiency departments exhibit in the completion of their tasks.
- Providing authorization for certain emergency powers such as AA regarding MTF regiments when required.
- Acting under Overseer orders when it would be otherwise dangerous for the Overseers themselves to be present
