What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
-I have been a CL4 Inspector within ISD for around 2 months by this point, I already have experience with enforcing both the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, and understand the duties and responsibility all CL4 site staff have quite well by this point. I have been consistently active ever since I arrived on site and will remain as active to a reasonable degree, and am almost always able to sign onto a role as needed, as my availability has remained quite open.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Their responsibilities vary depending on the personnel on site, but are typically as follows:
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
- I wish to become an Overseer Assistant to get more non combative CL4 experience, as currently most of my experience comes from being a combative, a senior researcher, and CL4 ISD. I’d like an opportunity to work closely with O5 and Site admin and learn more about their general duties and how they go about them, as one day I would like to throw my hat into the ring for Site Command, and see this as a great way to continue that journey.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Personnel file regarding the individual known as Sergei ‘Raam’ Volkov:
Contact was initially made with Sergei whilst he was serving as a general for the Soviet’s during the cold war, an MTF Nu7 squad uncovered intelligence that linked him as a GRU Division P asset, someone who would support them when needed utilizing his own influence. Sergei was extracted by MTF Nu7 exactly one week later whilst he was being visited by his GRU-P handlers as apart of operation: Acid Rain.
Sergei proved to be willing to cooperate and gave up all the information he had against Division P, with the cold war nearing to an end and the state of russia itself in turmoil he quickly accepted an offer to work for the foundation. After his orientation he’d spend time at Site-86, located within europe acting mostly as an advisor to the local Mobile task forces, typically under observation to ensure he didn’t have any change of heart.
At present, Sergei is still working within europe, now at Site-49, and has put in a transfer request to be stationed at Site-65, citing a desire to provide more value to the foundation, and work within one of the more high profile Sites available.

Their responsibilities vary depending on the personnel on site, but are typically as follows:
- Serve the Overseer councils interests, relaying and conducting their orders, either as requested, or when standing orders are given for them to follow repeatedly.
- Serve as a representative of the Council while maintaining their cover as Site Inspectorate, and serve as their voice when requested.
- Ensure site staff are following the code of conduct, recording and reporting infractions when witnessed.
- Issue work permits when no other personnel are available to do so
- Authorize AA, and KOS past D block airlock when no other personnel are able to do so.
- Report on any situations the Overseer Council wishes to remain informed on.
- Work alongside Alpha-1, and offer directions to them when an Overseer is not currently on site.
- Serve as arbitration for Jr. CL4 and lower personnel during tribunals, and decide whether a tribunal is warranted in the first place when one is requested.
