Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
I am applying for Site Advisor as I am looking to branch out more and help more regiments/ departments using my past experience as a command member to not only possibly help improve daily operations but to also be there to help with whatever problems may occur. I believe with my experience, I can help make changes and improvements to not only how some regiments function but how all regiments work together as one. Finally, I would like to be more helpful to the server than I am able to in my current position.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
Although I may not have tons of leadership time here, in my past years of playing gmod since 2018 I have not only gained years of leadership experience in the position of a commander/ commanding officer but also in the position of being the head of an entire branch of regiments multiple times. Throughout all these positions, I held them for a considerably long time and did a very good job while holding these positions. As of now, I have been entrusted to hold a few positions including GSD CPT, DEA Special Agent and Nu7 LT and E4 COM. If I was not suitable or professional, I would not see myself being able told hold these positions.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Overseeing departments monthly and making sure they are up to standards
Authorizing sweeps, tests, raids, infils, use of AA, passive breaches, etc.
Managing relations with DEA towards GOIs
Being a role model to foundation personnel
Bringing in new MTF Command and Directors (excluding AO of course)
Finally, working to ensure the site runs successfully
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
After a few months of Russ working as a GSD Captain at site 65, he eventually found himself longing to do more. Longing to be more hands on with how the site functions and runs. This was something he kept asking more about and trying to find out any information on how he could obtain this goal he's been seeking. That was until one night after his shift in Dblock almost dying to multiple Dclass with knifes, guns, even explosives, he came back to his bunks and found a letter sitting at the end of his bed. After having a bad experience with letters when he first got here, Russ reluctantly and cautiously attempted to open the letter while hoping it wasn't another sleeping gas laced letter. Once the letter was opened, Russ realized he's being ridiculous and just opened the letter after seeing no gas spew out. Inside was a paper that read "Interested in daily operations and maintaining your foundation? Apply today for your sites "Site Advisor" program and work to keep your site in order!". At the bottom of the paper in small handwritten writing read "Meet inside the tribunal room at 0900 tomorrow". Upon Russ's entry to that room the next day, his life changed forever.
