Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? And why?: Only one RDM warning that has expired back in 2024, was helping a techi not get arrested, and got warned for RDM, not knowing it was the wrong thing to do

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I feel like getting into Site Admin would greatly further my knowledge and make me better in all ways I can imagine. Another Reason is because I want to help the site become more comfortable, and make sure every and each Regiment and Dept. is in a good state. With my time in ISD, I feel like I'm ready to move up to Site Admin and take on the responsibility of that role. I want to have this experience as well, and I feel like this would be a great opportunity to help with that. I want to learn more about how the site operates and works, and I want to help lead with that. I want to help people learn and help them understand everything they need to know, just helping site personnel with everyday site operations. My time within ISD, I feel like I want to progress through the ranks and be a better version than what I am right now. I want to learn more than what I know right now. I want to just be a better version. I notice everyday, that people don't do their job, or don't know how to do their job, and I want to be there to help them learn how to do their job, how everything works around the site.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?
I feel like my time as a FTE Commissioner, Greatly makes me suitable since It requires Leadership/Knowlage/Confidance to do this job, Also as my time as a Sr. Captain, I've delt with many and all kinds of problems and I've overcame them, and I feel like I can take on more problems and traverse them with great ease, I also can think of suggestions when needed and I sometimes just come up with some on the go, may take time but I will come up with something. My 2 years of experience will come in handy when dealing with unruly people, since I've seen most things and dealt with most things. When I deal with things, I always make sure it's dealt with by the book, and I always make sure to give the right response to the situation. I'm very confident in anything I do. I always work with passion and make sure things are delt in with detail and a good response. I'm a very friendly person, I'm only harsh if I need to be, but I always work professionally and happily, to make sure things work out smoothly and orderly. I always put in my best effort, making sure I put in as much effort and as much time as I can for the best possible outcome, and if I don't get the best possible outcome, I work on what I did wrong or something I didn't do the best in, and I learn from it, also taking feedback to learn.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
The Responsibilities are as follows:
- Enforcing all site Codes and Policies
- Host/attend Meetings with all Leadership Personnel
- Auth's D-class work permits
- Keeps up with relations with the GOI's
- Makes or changes any site Policies or Codes
- Auth's sweeps if needed, raids, KOS past airlock, AA, and other things
- Sign and read documents
- Does approval for sampling/testing
- Gives out medals/accommodations to Site Personnel

"Operation Hummingbird was an operation in which Mr. Hog, Commissioner of FTE, was sent on an anonymous tip-off about a union about to take place, Mr. Hog placed himself in the middle of the union, gathering evidance and information about it, the union was a set up to see how he reacted and how he would approch things, he found out that there would be a assastination of the ECM Chairman later that evening, of course we let the Chairman know what was about to happen and told him it was just a test/training, Mr. Hog snuck out of the union and mobilized ISD personel and quickly apprehended all the personel invovled, later we took them behind his back out of the jell cells, the operation was a outstanding suscess." thats what happened in the operation anonymous-1, any douts now?"
