For how long have you played on CG SCP: my total time is almost 2 months

Age: 24
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: EST (UTC-4)
Character name(s): Joshua White
Civilian name: 'Wilson'
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?:
-Yes I do.
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
-I currently hold ISD agent, DEA agent, and 096 whitelists. I have previously held Executive Researcher. During my time as an Exec, I helped lead the old chemistry sub-division (CRB).
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
-I have a misuse of credit warning, RDM before restart, and a FearRP warning
Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
-I dedicate most of my time on site to RSD. This is the most reasonable next step for me to carry on my work in chemicals unimpeded. I also have a strong drive to help educate new researchers on how we conduct our experiments and work in the chemical lab. I feel like my previous leadership experience in CRB would transfer well into the role of executive.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
-I spend most of my time/have a large amount experience on researcher(lvl 49). I also have previous experience as an Exec and are familiar with all the responsibilities that come with the role. Executives must maintain their professionalism in front of their subordinates as to lead by example. A good executive is one that shows a strong commitment to role and helping others thrive in the department. I'm also active and available during hours where there are no executives available. If I was given this opportunity to help lead the research team, I believe that I would help drive more people to joining research.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
-I have at least 6 excellent grade documents written and available for anyone to see on the SCIPNET. The most recent being a report on the undesignated SCP (shovel painting). An excellent document meets all the prerequisites as well as being clear and digestible. You need to have at minimum 8 pages, those being cover, index, preface, goal of study, hypothesis, procedures, results, conclusion. I add equipment list as well but this is personal preference. The 2 most critical of these pages are goal of study and findings. If you do not have a valid or creative goal, then the rest of you document will suffer because of that. The findings are under the most scrutiny since this is where we are suppose to learn new information. It's alright if your findings don't match your hypothesis, just make sure to write in-depth what went on. Ambiguous language in documents can also make them harder for other people to read them and learn form them. The entire point of documenting our tests are for people to learn from them after we are gone.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-The primary role of an Executive is to introduce and involve beginner researchers that are just starting off. Whether that's by teaching them how to make proper documents and conduct research, or to approve the credits of Jr. Researchers. Executives are also expected to grade submitted documents to the SCIPNET fairly and without prejudice. We also need to make sure, that when approving certain sampling documents, that valid reason is given.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Joshua White's journey into the unknown began during his doctoral studies in chemistry at Berkeley, where he developed a fascination with anomalous reactions and properties that defied scientific explanation. His groundbreaking research caught the attention of the SCP Foundation, who recruited him soon after graduation. Joshua's knack for deciphering anomalous substances and understanding their potential hazards or benefits quickly made him an invaluable asset. Over time, he earned a reputation for his rigorous methodology and calm demeanor under pressure, essential traits in containing and studying the most perplexing SCPs.
