For how long have you played on CG SCP: March 2025 to now (took a break over the summer)
Age: 16
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: CST
Character name: Tass Jr.
Civilian name: Tass Jr..
What server are you applying for?: SCP-RP USA
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: I have held MTF E-11 and CI Alpha+, and the only role I am currently holding is TRT-JO
Have you received any kicks/bans/warnings? and why?: Yes. I received a warning for RDM on Sunday April 13th, 2025, and I cannot exactly remember what it was for, but I'm pretty positive that it was because I rushed to 914 right after a server reset.
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?: I am applying because I spend most of my time already helping in medical situations, whether that is treating patients, answering questions, or stepping in when things get confusing. I enjoy medical RP and I like being useful when things get busy. Becoming a Medical Consultant would let me take a more consistent role in supporting the department instead of only helping informally.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?: I am patient, approachable, and comfortable taking responsibility when it is needed. I know how to keep RP moving without dragging scenes out or over-complicating things. I work well with both medical staff and other departments, and I know when to step in and when to stay in the background. I also understand that professionalism matters, even while keeping RP enjoyable.

Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice: For a routine medical evaluation, I would start by confirming the patient’s identity and reason for the visit. I would take basic vitals such as pulse and blood pressure, then perform simple reflex and mobility checks. I would listen to heart and lung sounds and check for any injuries. If everything appears normal, I would document the results and clear the patient. If an issue is found, I would explain the next steps and provide treatment or medication as needed.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?: The Medical Consultant supports the medical department by offering guidance and oversight when needed. They help newer staff learn proper procedures, assist during complicated medical situations, and help keep things consistent across the department. They are not there to micromanage, but to make sure medical RP stays clear, fair, and functional.
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in: Tass Jr. grew up in unstable circumstances, shaped early by the death of his father, Tass Senior, who died from an undiagnosed aortic aneurysm. Losing him pushed Tass Jr. toward medicine, driven by a need to prevent others from going through what he had too. Before joining the Foundation, he worked in overburdened hospitals where long shifts and limited resources were routine. During a large-scale medical emergency connected to a Foundation incident, his actions led to his recruitment into Foundation medical services. Since then, he has been involved in containment responses where keeping people alive mattered more than understanding what caused the injuries.
